Warehouse Forklift Driver

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Forklift Driver to join the warehouse team at IKEA. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating a forklift to move and store inventory. Our ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety conscious, and motivated to complete tasks in a timely manner. You must also have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving a truck to transport inventory. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to lift heavy objects, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities of a Warehouse Forklift Driver:

• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move and store inventory
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Ensure all inventory is stored properly and accurately
• Maintain accurate records of all inventory movements
• Monitor and adjust inventory levels as needed
• Adhere to all company policies and regulations
• Load and unload trucks to transport inventory
• Inspect and maintain forklift equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the forklift
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Work independently and as part of a team
