IKEA is looking for a motivated and experienced Unit People Planning Specialist to join our team! As a Unit People Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the scheduling and staffing of our employees across multiple units. To be successful in this role, you must have a good understanding of labor laws, employee relations, and have the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with managers and employees.
