We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Technical Support Specialist to join our team at IKEA. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting for customers who have purchased our products.The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for helping others. You must be able to think on your feet, troubleshoot complex problems, and provide solutions in a timely and accurate manner. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills who can provide a friendly and helpful experience to our customers.The successful candidate will have experience in a customer-facing technical support role and a deep understanding of computer hardware and software applications. You must also have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
