As IKEA's Store Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of store interiors that capture the distinct IKEA aesthetic, contribute to store profitability, and reflect the IKEA brand. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead design teams on interior design projects for IKEA stores.
  2. Develop store layouts that capture the distinct IKEA aesthetic, contribute to store profitability, and reflect the IKEA brand.
  3. Create engaging customer experiences through store design.
  4. Stay up-to-date on industry standards and regulations.
  5. Utilize AutoCAD or similar software to develop store designs.
  6. Manage budgets and timelines for store projects.
  7. Solve challenging creative problems and provide unique solutions.
  8. Work collaboratively with other members of the IKEA team.
  9. Ensure quality control on store designs.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments as needed.
