Job Description

As IKEA’s Store Interior Design Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring the store meets the highest standards of interior design and visual appeal. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about design and customer experience and can bring innovative ideas to the table. You will need to have a strong understanding of IKEA’s visual identity and be able to bring it to life in our stores’ interior design. If you’re eager to make an impact and be part of a team that is redefining the way people shop, this is the job for you!To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field. Proven experience in retail design and visual merchandising is also essential. You must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are all required for this position. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and manage the interior of IKEA stores to ensure they meet the highest standards of design and visual appeal.
  2. Bring IKEA’s visual identity to life in the store’s interior design.
  3. Create and manage visual merchandising displays.
  4. Develop innovative ideas for store design and customer experience.
  5. Communicate effectively with the team and other stakeholders.
  6. Work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of store design.
  8. Take pride in their work and strive to exceed expectations.
