We are looking for an experienced and creative Store Interior Design Manager to join the IKEA team! As the Store Interior Design Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of creative professionals to design and implement store layouts and visual displays that maximize customer engagement and satisfaction. You should have an eye for detail and be able to create a unique and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in store design, be highly organized and have excellent people management skills. You should have a passion for interior design, understand customer preferences and be knowledgeable in the latest trends. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team of creative professionals to develop and implement store designs and visual displays that maximize customer engagement and satisfaction.
  2. Implement customer-focused store layouts and visual displays that create an enjoyable in-store experience.
  3. Utilize the latest interior design trends to create a unique and attractive store environment.
  4. Manage the store design team and ensure their projects are completed within budget and on-time.
  5. Analyze customer preferences and adjust store design accordingly.
  6. Monitor store traffic flow and adjust store layout to maximize efficiency.
  7. Ensure all store designs comply with safety regulations.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.
  9. Remain up-to-date on the latest interior design trends.
  10. Regularly evaluate store design and make necessary improvements.
