In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our team, while also driving sustainability initiatives and strategic objectives.The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is passionate about sustainability, is highly knowledgeable about the retail industry, and is a proven leader with a demonstrated track record of success. Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Sustainably Team, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing feedback.
  2. Lead sustainability initiatives and strategic objectives, ensuring successful implementation.
  3. Foster a customer-centric environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Develop and manage team goals, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects.
  5. Analyze team performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  6. Facilitate communication between team members and other departments to ensure alignment and cooperation.
  7. Monitor and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures.
  9. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure team members are knowledgeable and capable of performing their roles effectively.
