Sales & Sustainably Team Leader

4. Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure they understand sustainability initiatives.
5. Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities to further promote sustainability initiatives.
6. Maintain industry knowledge by attending relevant workshops and conferences.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
9. Develop and implement plans to ensure sustainability initiatives are communicated effectively to customers.
10. Develop and monitor metrics to measure the success of sustainability initiatives.
