IKEA is searching for a passionate and experienced Sales & Sustainably Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sustainability strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales department.The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of sustainability principles. They will also be an enthusiastic, self-starter who is motivated to take on new challenges and eager to drive positive change. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  3. Monitor and evaluate team performance and provide feedback and guidance.
  4. Maintain accurate records of customer purchases and sales figures.
  5. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales department, including staffing, customer relations, and inventory management.
  6. Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and drive customer loyalty.
  7. Foster strong relationships with peers, customers, and partners to ensure successful outcomes.
  8. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in sustainability and implementing best practices.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure sustainability initiatives are properly executed and monitored.
  10. Develop and lead educational workshops and seminars to promote sustainability initiatives.
