Sales & Sustainably Team Leader

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and develop the IKEA sales and sustainability team, providing guidance and direction to ensure success.
2. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and taking corrective action where necessary.
3. Set performance objectives and targets for team members, and ensure that these are met.
4. Develop and implement strategies to promote sustainability within the team and throughout the organization.
5. Monitor and report on industry trends related to sustainability, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
6. Promote a positive team atmosphere and ensure team members feel supported and valued.
7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
8. Develop marketing and promotional campaigns to increase customer awareness of IKEA’s sustainability initiatives.
9. Analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
10. Prepare and present reports on the team’s progress to senior management.
