Job Description

IKEA is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales & Sustainably Team Leader to join our team! This position requires an individual who has a passion for sustainability and is an excellent communicator. The ideal candidate should be an innovative thinker, motivated self-starter, and a team player.The Sales & Sustainably Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team to achieve sustainability goals, while also driving sales growth and customer service excellence. They will be responsible for developing, leading, and executing strategies to ensure sales and sustainability objectives are met.The successful candidate must have 3+ years of experience in a sales and/or sustainability role, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to think strategically. The candidate should also have a customer-oriented mindset and the enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a team to achieve sustainability goals and drive sales growth.
  2. Develop, lead, and execute strategies to ensure sales and sustainability objectives are met.
  3. Maintain a customer-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service.
  4. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
  5. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas of improvement and potential opportunities.
  6. Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with products and services.
  7. Implement initiatives to improve customer service standards and processes.
  8. Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and increase efficiency.
  9. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply of products.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
