Job Description

At IKEA, we are looking for a Sales and Supply Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will need to be a self-starter with a passion for customer service, problem-solving, and excellent communication skills. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a strong sense of responsibility. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of IKEA products, processes, and services related to customers and suppliers. They must also have a customer-oriented approach, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer service to all customers and suppliers • Maintain a strong understanding of IKEA products, processes, and services • Develop and maintain a strong work ethic • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Create proactive solutions to any customer and supplier issues • Utilize excellent communication skills with customers and suppliers • Stay up-to-date with IKEA products, processes, and services • Proactively manage customer and supplier relations • Follow all company policies and procedures • Maintain a positive attitude in all interactions with customers and suppliers
