  1. Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement creative and functional retail space layouts that align with IKEA's brand and standards.
  2. Utilize your strong eye for design to optimize space and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
  3. Conduct research and stay updated on current retail and design trends to continuously improve and innovate the retail space.
  4. Communicate and present space plans and concepts to various stakeholders, including management and other departments.
  5. Work closely with the merchandising team to strategically place products and displays to drive sales and meet business goals.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings for retail space installations.
  7. Collaborate with store operations and logistics teams to ensure smooth implementation and execution of space plans.
  8. Monitor and track the performance of retail space designs and make adjustments as needed to improve efficiency and sales.
  9. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  10. Continuously seek feedback and suggestions from customers and store staff to improve the shopping experience and make necessary changes to retail space designs.

  • Knowledge Of Ikea Product Range And Interior Design Principles

  • Proficiency In Cad Software And Ability To Create Accurate 2D And 3D Floor Plans

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Within Strict Deadlines
