  1. Collaborate with the design and merchandising teams to develop innovative and functional retail spaces that align with IKEA's brand and customer needs.
  2. Utilize your knowledge of interior design and space planning to create visually appealing and inspiring displays that showcase IKEA's products.
  3. Stay up-to-date on current trends and customer preferences to continuously evolve and improve the retail space design.
  4. Work closely with the sales team to understand the needs and feedback of customers, and incorporate that into the retail space design.
  5. Manage and maintain the layout and organization of the retail space, ensuring that it meets IKEA's visual merchandising standards.
  6. Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that product displays are safe, functional, and easy for customers to access.
  7. Regularly review and analyze sales data to make data-driven decisions in the design and layout of the retail space.
  8. Participate in store meetings and workshops to share ideas and provide input on new product launches and promotions.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and timely execution of retail space changes.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in the retail space design and processes, and provide suggestions for enhancement to the management team.
