1. Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for customers, co-workers, and products.
2. Monitor and enforce compliance with safety and security protocols and procedures.
3. Conduct regular safety and security inspections to identify any potential hazards or risks.
4. Respond promptly and effectively to any security or safety incidents, including providing first aid or emergency assistance if needed.
5. Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure a coordinated approach to safety and security.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest safety and security trends and best practices to continuously improve our processes.
7. Build and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and emergency services.
8. Train and educate co-workers on safety and security procedures to promote a culture of safety awareness.
9. Act as a first point of contact for customers who have safety or security concerns.
10. Document and report any safety or security incidents, and assist with investigations as needed.
11. Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for and deterring theft or fraudulent activity.
12. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with safety or security-related inquiries.
13. Stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
14. Take initiative and use critical thinking skills to proactively identify and address potential safety or security risks.
