Retail Sales Associate

Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner and provide them with information on product features and benefits.
2. Assist customers in the selection of furniture and other home furnishings.
3. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
4. Process payments and complete sales transactions.
5. Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service.
6. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
7. Place orders for customers and ensure that they are delivered in a timely manner.
8. Upsell additional products and services.
9. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
