Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our IKEA team. If you have an outgoing personality, a passion for helping others, and an ability to think on your feet, you could be the perfect fit for our team.The ideal candidate for this role should have prior retail experience, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong understanding of customer service principles. We’re looking for someone who is organized and detail-oriented, as well as someone who is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a desire to go above and beyond to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
