  1. Operate forklift in a safe and efficient manner, following established protocols and procedures.
  2. Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles, ensuring accuracy and proper placement.
  3. Move and stack merchandise in designated areas, maintaining organization and cleanliness in the warehouse.
  4. Conduct routine maintenance checks on forklift and report any issues or malfunctions.
  5. Follow all safety regulations and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
  6. Collaborate with warehouse team to fulfill orders and meet daily production goals.
  7. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  8. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory control as needed.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
  10. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and positive attitude, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  11. Train and mentor new forklift operators as required.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve efficiency and suggest process improvements to management.
  14. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to company standards.
  15. Represent IKEA in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers and vendors.

Job Qualifications
  • Valid Forklift Operator License: This Is A Basic Requirement For Any Forklift Driver Position. Candidates Should Possess A Valid Forklift Operator License From A Recognized Institution.
