  1. Construct and install various retail fixtures and displays according to company standards and design specifications.

  4. Troubleshoot and problem solve any issues that may arise during construction or installation.
  5. Manage inventory of materials and tools necessary for carpentry projects.
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates on project progress.
  8. Follow company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient work environment.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and cost-saving measures in carpentry processes.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from customers or store management.

  12. Train and mentor junior carpenters to ensure high-quality work standards are met.
  13. Travel to various store locations as needed to complete carpentry projects.
