  3. Ensure all carpentry work meets safety and quality standards, as well as IKEA's brand aesthetic.
  4. Utilize your expertise in carpentry to provide creative and practical solutions to design challenges.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
  6. Accurately estimate materials and labor costs for projects and communicate any potential issues or delays to management.
  7. Collaborate with external contractors as needed to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and develop your carpentry skills.
  9. Assist in training and mentoring junior carpenters or other team members as needed.
  10. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the IKEA brand to customers and colleagues.
