  9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
  10. Actively seek out opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the IKEA brand with enthusiasm and passion.
  12. Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of customers and co-workers.
