  1. Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Act as the main point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing product information.
  3. Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  5. Handle customer complaints and concerns in a calm and effective manner, resolving issues to the best of your ability.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the cash register and sales floor.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  8. Stay knowledgeable about current promotions, products, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
  9. Continuously seek ways to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to customer service and cash handling.
  11. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the store, making customers feel valued and appreciated.
  12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  13. Work efficiently and multitask in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer needs.
  14. Follow safety and security procedures to protect both customers and the store's merchandise.
