  3. Assist customers with finding and purchasing products, including providing recommendations and advice.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all IKEA products and services to accurately answer customer inquiries.
  5. Keep track of inventory levels and notify management of any low stock or product shortages.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
  7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
  8. Actively listen to customer feedback and communicate any recurring issues or suggestions to management.
  9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  10. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
  12. Be a brand ambassador by embodying IKEA's values and promoting a positive image of the company.
