  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, purchases, and returns in a timely and friendly manner.
  3. Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA, embodying the company's values and promoting a positive image to customers.
  4. Maintain a thorough knowledge of IKEA's products, services, and policies in order to effectively assist customers.
  5. Proactively seek out opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  6. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy, finding appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
  9. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  10. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service techniques.
  11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  12. Work with a diverse team to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
  13. Display a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude, taking on additional tasks or responsibilities as needed.
  14. Maintain a flexible schedule, including working weekends, evenings, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
