  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, resolving issues, and assisting with product selection.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of IKEA products, services, and policies in order to accurately and effectively assist customers.
  4. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the IKEA philosophy and values to customers.
  5. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
  6. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and utilizing the store's computer systems.
  7. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  8. Proactively identify and resolve any customer service issues, taking ownership to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise.
  10. Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide feedback to management.
  11. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.
  12. Attend and actively participate in trainings and meetings to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing the IKEA brand with pride.
  14. Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
