IKEA is seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team! We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can provide outstanding customer service in our IKEA store. The successful candidate must be a positive and proactive team-player with great communication and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate must possess at least two years of customer service experience in a retail or similar setting, excellent interpersonal skills, and a friendly and professional demeanor. In addition, they must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment, maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and remain flexible and adaptable to changing customer needs.If you are passionate about helping customers and providing excellent customer service, this role is perfect for you!
