  1. Greet customers and provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the store.
  2. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counters.
  3. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with attention to detail and in accordance with company policies.
  4. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate supervisor if needed.
  5. Maintain a working knowledge of all store products and promotions to assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
  6. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  7. Keep checkout counters and surrounding areas clean and organized at all times.
  8. Assist in the training and onboarding of new cashiers and customer service associates.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations at the checkout counters.
  10. Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect company assets and prevent loss.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, creating a positive and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for self-improvement and growth within the company.
  13. Attend team meetings and provide input to improve customer service and operations.
  14. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Have Good Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Customers And Provide A Positive Shopping Experience.
