4. Handle cash and credit card payments, as well as issue receipts and change to customers.
5. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including restocking bags, pens, and other supplies.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
7. Continuously monitor and manage customer queues to minimize wait times.
8. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to returns, exchanges, and refunds.
9. Proactively promote store offers, promotions, and loyalty programs to customers.
10. Stay updated on product knowledge and store layout to assist customers with finding the products they need.
11. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
12. Ensure accuracy in cash counting and balancing at the end of each shift.
13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to protect company assets and prevent fraud.
14. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
15. Attend training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and products.
