Replenishment Assistant

At IKEA, we are looking for a Replenishment Assistant who is enthusiastic, organized and passionate about providing a great customer experience. The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.As a Replenishment Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is stocked and displayed in a timely manner in accordance with company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for managing the flow of merchandise in the store, including ordering, receiving and restocking.The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience working in a retail environment. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and have a valid driver’s license. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving and organizational skills and be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.
