- Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Communicate any challenges or issues to the store manager in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and excellent customer service skills at all times.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Replenishment Assistant At Ikea Must Be Able To Manage Inventory And Keep Track Of Stock Levels To Ensure That Products Are Always Available For Customers.
Attention To Detail: As Part Of Their Role, Replenishment Assistants Must Perform Regular Stock Checks And Accurately Record Any Discrepancies. This Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Maintain Accuracy.
Physical Stamina: This Role May Involve Some Heavy Lifting And Moving Of Stock, So Physical Stamina And The Ability To Work On Your Feet For Long Periods Of Time Is Important.
