  1. Monitor and maintain proper inventory levels for all products in the store, ensuring that shelves are fully stocked at all times.
  2. Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  3. Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
  4. Create and maintain replenishment orders, ensuring that products are replenished in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Work closely with the sales team to identify and address any product shortages or overstocks.
  6. Monitor product trends and customer buying patterns to anticipate future inventory needs.
  7. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to ensure that products are displayed in an appealing and organized manner.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized stockroom, following proper storage and safety guidelines.
  9. Assist with the assembly and placement of products on the sales floor as needed.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any product availability inquiries or issues.
  11. Stay up-to-date with company policies and procedures, as well as product knowledge, to provide accurate information to customers and colleagues.
  12. Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  13. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
  14. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental and store sales goals.
  15. Assist with other duties as assigned by the store manager or supervisor.
