As a Replenishment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store remains fully stocked and organized for our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about organization, has strong communication skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.   1. Maintain inventory levels by restocking and replenishing products on store shelves and in designated storage areas.
  2. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and efficient restocking of products.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to identify any discrepancies or shortages.
  4. Communicate with various departments within the store to coordinate restocking efforts.
  5. Ensure all products are accurately labeled and priced.
  6. Follow company safety and security protocols when handling products.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with company standards.
  8. Assist with receiving and unloading shipments and verifying accuracy of received products.
  9. Collaborate with sales associates to identify fast-selling products and ensure they are consistently restocked.
  10. Conduct regular inventory checks and report any issues or concerns to management.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries and assisting with product location.
  12. Learn and adhere to IKEA’s sustainability practices and actively promote them to customers.
  13. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and productivity.
  15. Cross-train in other departments as needed to support store operations.
