Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention And Safety Principles: A Successful Candidate For This Role Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Loss Prevention Strategies And Safety Protocols To Effectively Identify And Mitigate Potential Risks.
Experience In Retail Or Customer Service: Prior Experience In A Retail Or Customer Service Environment Is Highly Desirable For This Position, As It Requires Interacting With Customers And Addressing Their Concerns While Also Monitoring Store Activities.
Attention To Detail: A Keen Eye For Detail Is Crucial For A Loss Prevention & Safety Associate To Spot Any Potential Safety Hazards Or Suspicious Activities That May Lead To Loss.
Excellent Communication Skills: This Role Requires Constant Communication With Team Members, Customers, And Management To Report Any Safety Incidents Or Provide Updates On Loss Prevention Measures. Therefore, Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are A Must.
Ability To Work Independently: As A Loss Prevention & Safety Associate, You Will Need To Be Able To Work Independently And Make Quick Decisions When Handling Potential Safety Threats Or Addressing Loss Issues.
