Job Description

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, co-workers, and products. We are seeking someone who is proactive, organized, and has a strong attention to detail.   1. Monitor and enforce safety protocols in all areas of the store, including sales floor, stockroom, and employee areas.
  2. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and recommend corrective actions.
  3. Collaborate with management to develop and implement safety training programs for all employees.
  4. Investigate and document any incidents or accidents that occur on store premises.
  5. Utilize surveillance equipment and conduct audits to prevent and detect theft, fraud, and other security concerns.
  6. Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, security breaches, and investigations.
  7. Work closely with law enforcement and external agencies as needed.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with store personnel to promote safety and security awareness.
  9. Regularly review and update store procedures and policies to ensure compliance with safety and security standards.
  10. Communicate and train staff on safety and security measures, emergency protocols, and company policies.
  11. Conduct regular safety and security meetings with store management and staff.
  12. Collaborate with store management to review and improve loss prevention strategies.
  13. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to safety and security.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in loss prevention and safety.
  15. Maintain a high level of confidentiality regarding all security and safety matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Understanding Of Loss Prevention Principles And Procedures, Including Cctv Monitoring, Inventory Control, And Investigation Techniques.

  • Prior Experience In Retail Loss Prevention Or Safety, With Knowledge Of Osha Regulations And Safety Protocols.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Law Enforcement In A Professional Manner.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Identify Potential Safety Hazards And Security Threats.

  • Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team, With A Proactive And Solution-Oriented Mindset To Prevent Loss And Maintain A Safe Environment For Customers And Employees.
