Job Description

As a Loss Prevention and Safety Associate at IKEA, you will be responsible for helping ensure the safety of our customers, employees, and store assets. You will be a key partner in working to detect and investigate incidents of fraud, theft, merchandise shrinkage, and other security-related issues. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent observational skills and the ability to stay calm and professional in a variety of situations. You should also have strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. If you have an eye for detail, a passion for safety, and a commitment to customer service, we want to hear from you!
