Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the logistics operations of IKEA to ensure customers receive their orders on time and with the highest quality.
  2. Maintain accurate order records and ensure accurate inventory management.
  3. Monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
  4. Develop and execute strategies to improve logistics operations.
  5. Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  6. Analyze data to identify and develop strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  7. Work with teams to ensure customer needs are met and customer satisfaction is achieved.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to logistics operations.
  9. Analyze trends and recommend process and policy changes to improve operations.
  10. Participate in meetings and training sessions as needed.
