- Oversee and manage the transportation of products from suppliers to IKEA stores and customers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products.

- Coordinate with warehouse and store teams to ensure smooth and efficient delivery and distribution of products.

- Identify and implement strategies to reduce transportation costs and improve overall logistics operations.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure quality control and adherence to IKEA's standards.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely logistics operations.
- Handle any customer complaints or issues related to logistics and work towards finding a satisfactory resolution.
- Manage and track inventory levels to optimize stock levels and prevent shortages.
- Continuously monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or Distribution Environment.
Strong Knowledge Of Logistics Processes, Including Inventory Management, Transportation, And Warehousing.
Proficiency In Using Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Wms.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
