  1. Oversee the daily operations of the supply chain, including transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
  2. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to various IKEA locations.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies and initiatives.
  5. Manage and analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
  7. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations.
  8. Create and maintain standard operating procedures for logistics operations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  9. Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the supply chain to minimize disruptions and maintain customer satisfaction.
  10. Train and develop team members on logistics processes and procedures.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  12. Communicate updates and changes to relevant stakeholders, including senior management and other departments within IKEA.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments and make recommendations for improvements to the supply chain.
  14. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics operations.
  15. Adhere to IKEA's values and principles, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Logistics Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Supply Chain Processes, Including Transportation, Warehousing, And Inventory Management.

  • Proficiency In Using Logistics Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.
