  1. Coordinate and manage the supply chain operations for IKEA, ensuring the smooth flow of goods from suppliers to stores.
  2. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  3. Analyze and optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  4. Work closely with cross-functional teams including purchasing, production, and transportation to ensure a seamless flow of goods.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained at all times.
  6. Develop and maintain detailed logistics plans and schedules to meet customer demands.
  7. Utilize logistics software and systems to track and monitor shipments, identify potential issues, and implement solutions.
  8. Continuously evaluate and improve logistics processes to meet changing business needs and industry standards.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to logistics operations.
  10. Train and develop team members to improve their skills and knowledge in logistics operations.
  11. Recommend and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the supply chain.
  12. Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
  13. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics technology to drive continuous improvement.
  14. Take ownership of any issues or delays in the supply chain and proactively find solutions to minimize impact on operations.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all logistics operations and provide regular reports to management.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Partners.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Logistics Or Supply Chain Operations, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Environment

  • Knowledge Of Warehouse Management Systems And Transportation Management Systems

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements
