We're looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team and help ensure the smooth running of our global supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for providing oversight and guidance for all aspects of logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation.If you have experience in logistics operations, strong organizational skills, and an eye for detail, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure that goods move efficiently and accurately throughout the supply chain. They should be highly self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.We are looking for an individual who is not only skilled in logistics operations, but who also has a passion for the IKEA brand and values. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and manage logistics operations and inventory, including order fulfillment, transportation, and storage.
  2. Ensure that goods move efficiently and accurately throughout the supply chain.
  3. Provide oversight and guidance for all aspects of logistics operations.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  5. Monitor and adjust inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels.
  6. Investigate and resolve any supply chain issues.
  7. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Maintain accurate records and documents of all logistics operations.
  9. Maintain a safe and secure working environment for all staff.
  10. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
