We are looking for an innovative and driven Lean Navigator to join our IKEA team.In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing Lean initiatives and tools in order to continuously improve processes and increase efficiency. You will be expected to collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and develop solutions that will create a Lean culture, reduce waste and increase customer satisfaction.To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of Lean principles and tools, as well as a track record of successful Lean implementations. Compensation
