Responsibilities: -Lead, organize, and motivate the kitchen production team to ensure high customer service and quality standards -Provide guidance and support to kitchen production team members -Organize and coordinate production tasks to ensure timely completion -Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations -Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed -Train and evaluate kitchen production team members -Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve efficiency -Maintain a home-like environment in the kitchen -Manage and resolve any customer complaints -Perform any other duties as required
