You will be responsible for leading, organizing, and motivating the kitchen production team to ensure the highest standards of customer service and quality.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of kitchen production experience and the ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure. You should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a range of people. Responsibilities: -Lead, organize, and motivate the kitchen production team to ensure high customer service and quality standards -Provide guidance and support to kitchen production team members -Organize and coordinate production tasks to ensure timely completion -Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations -Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed -Train and evaluate kitchen production team members -Develop and implement procedures and processes to improve efficiency -Maintain a home-like environment in the kitchen -Manage and resolve any customer complaints -Perform any other duties as required
