Are you an experienced Kitchen Planning Specialist looking for a new challenge? As part of our kitchen planning team, you will be responsible for helping customers create the perfect kitchen, from product selection to design and installation.This is an excellent opportunity for a customer-focused individual with a passion for kitchen design and a keen eye for detail. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of kitchen design principles, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and helping them develop the perfect kitchen design
  • Assist customers in selecting the right kitchen products and materials for their needs
  • Create kitchen plans and drawings that accurately reflect customer requirements
  • Develop installation plans and timelines for the kitchen project
  • Ensure all kitchen designs meet safety and quality standards
  • Work closely with other members of the kitchen planning team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Manage customer inquiries and follow up with timely and accurate responses
  • Provide technical support and advice to customers regarding kitchen design and installation
  • Stay up to date with industry trends in kitchen design in order to provide the best advice to customers
  • Provide regular feedback to management and colleagues on customer needs and preferences.
