We are looking for an experienced and creative Kitchen Planning Specialist to join IKEA's dynamic team. As a Kitchen Planning Specialist, you will be working in a fast-paced environment to develop innovative kitchen designs that meet customers’ needs. You should have an eye for detail, a strong customer service attitude, and an aptitude for problem-solving.To be successful in this role, you should have experience in designing kitchens, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a passion for customer service. You should also be knowledgeable about the latest trends in kitchen design and be able to interpret customer needs to create practical, stylish and cost-efficient kitchen layouts. Responsibilities:

  9. Maintain and update databases of customer information.
  10. Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
