Job Description

IKEA is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Kitchen Planning Specialist to join our team. As a Kitchen Planning Specialist, you will be the key point of contact for our customers in helping them bring their kitchen ideas to life. You will be responsible for understanding customers’ needs and preferences and creating designs that meet their expectations.To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of kitchen design and trends. You should also be comfortable using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed renderings of kitchen plans for customers.We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating beautiful kitchen designs. Responsibilities:

  1. Create detailed kitchen designs and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  2. Establish a strong customer relationship by providing exceptional customer service.
  3. Understand customer needs and preferences and develop designs that meet their expectations.
  4. Monitor kitchen design trends and products and develop strategies for incorporating them into customer plans.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers.
  7. Maintain accurate records and files of customer projects.
  8. Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers regarding their kitchen designs.
