- Receive and unload incoming merchandise from delivery trucks.
- Organize and stock products in designated warehouse areas.
- Ensure accuracy and efficiency in product placement and inventory tracking.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to fulfill customer orders and maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Assist customers with product location and provide exceptional customer service.
- Communicate any product or inventory issues to management.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
- Cross-train in various warehouse tasks to support overall store operations.
