In-store Warehouse Worker

1. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
2. Receive, unload, and store incoming merchandise according to company procedures.
3. Keep accurate inventory records and assist in inventory management.
4. Prepare and fulfill orders for in-store customers and online orders.
5. Perform regular stock checks and replenish products on the sales floor.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate product restocking.
7. Follow safety procedures and guidelines when handling and moving merchandise.
8. Communicate with the management team regarding any inventory discrepancies or issues.
9. Provide excellent customer service by assisting with any customer inquiries or needs.
10. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
11. Assist in maintaining the overall appearance of the store and restock shelves as needed.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
13. Assist with store promotions and special events as needed.
14. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and offer suggestions to management.
16. Maintain a thorough knowledge of all products and their locations within the warehouse.
17. Support other departments as needed, including the showroom and customer service areas.
18. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the IKEA brand.
19. Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance job performance and knowledge.
20. Other duties as assigned by management.
