As a Food Service Team Member, you’ll be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests by providing superb customer service and delicious food.To be successful in this role, you’ll need a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a customer service setting is preferred but not required. Responsibilities:

1. Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests
2. Provide excellent customer service
3. Prepare and serve food items according to IKEA standards
4. Maintain a clean and organized work area
5. Follow health and safety guidelines
6. Stock and replenish food items as needed
7. Monitor and adjust food temperature to ensure quality
8. Monitor food waste and minimize where possible
9. Handle cash and credit card transactions
10. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
