You should also be familiar with IKEA products and services, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly, professional manner.
  2. Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  3. Provide customer support, including assisting with purchases and returns.
  4. Assist customers with product selection, payment processing, and product delivery.
  5. Identify customer needs and recommend products and services that best meet those needs.
  6. Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
  7. Track customer interactions and update customer profiles in the customer database.
  8. Maintain a working knowledge of IKEA products and services.
  9. Work independently and as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer service excellence.
