As a customer service specialist, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for all of our customers. You will be the face of IKEA, ensuring that our customers are well taken care of and that their needs are met.We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to stay calm in stressful situations. You should also have a positive attitude and the willingness to go the extra mile in order to provide exceptional service. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.We believe that our customer service team is the key to our success, and as such, we are looking for someone with a passion for customer service as well as the drive and dedication to help us exceed our customer's expectations.
